FlipAll5 was born from a friendship formed over twenty years ago in the Spanish port of Estepona. Paul Johnson, a technology consultant with a Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, met Graham Solo, a seasoned quizmaster who had spent nearly three decades crafting and hosting pub quizzes across the Mediterranean.

Paul brings the technical vision — using AI-assisted development to build an elegant, accessible daily puzzle experience. Now retired, his long-held interest in Artificial Intelligence research drives the game's design, coding, and ongoing evolution.

Graham brings the puzzle mastery — over 1,300 quiz nights and 78,000 personally crafted questions, built up across venues from the Greek island of Skiathos to Spain's Costa del Sol. With a BA in Languages and decades of wordplay expertise, he knows exactly what makes a great puzzle tick.

Together they've combined Graham's archive of challenges with Paul's development skills to create a fresh take on the daily word puzzle — built for puzzle lovers who want something a little different every day.
